We ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
Please note: We cannot ship large and fragile items to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man (as they don`t make it intact)

Roman, Saneux, Just Taps products are mostly dispatched directly from those companies
and you should recieve those orders within one week.and often within a couple of working days.
If you live near London then Saneux deliveries are often the next working day.
PLEASE NOTE: That fragile items such as toilets, basins, furniture, baths, mirrrors, shower doors and trays delivered direct to you from Saneux and Roman
MUST be checked for any damages within 24 Hours of receipt of the delivery.
If there is any damage on these items please email email@example.com informing us of any damage.
Sonia, Gedy, Urban Steel and Bathroom Origins accessories are dispacted direct via Royal Mail 1st class by Bathroom Origins and are normally with you between 1 - 3 working days
Vado and Crosswater products are sent on the day we receive them (normally 1 - 2 working days after you place your order) by
Express Delivery (using Parcelforce24) - within 2 to 4 working days of you placing your order.
A Signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken.
This usually involves collection the item from your local Royal Mail Depot (You can normally rearrange a delivery date or collection with Parcelforce through the email or text you get from them).
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.
The Bottom line is nearly all customers will receive their items within one week.
Cancellation and Returns
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
4.2 All Wc Seats cannot be retruned if they have has the been removed from the plastic covering due to Hygine / Covid 19
(a) you can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/06/2018.
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 Right to cancel You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [INSERT: your name, geographical address and, where available, your telephone number, fax number and e-mail address] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used or fitted unless it is faulty. The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
• You have a right to a 14 day cooling off period from the day you have received the goods in which time you can cancel and return your order for a full refund.
