that does not tend to include the cartridges and in a hard water area like the South of England then chances are you will 

need a cartridge in the lifetime of the tap. Of course Vado would not offer it if they thought that their cartridge would 

need replacing often. That is beacause they have engineered their taps a bit better than the rest in our opinion,

and tend to use not cartridges designed to to attract the scale and therefore extend the life of the tap or valve.
